►  Contraindication : Procarbazine is a carcinogen, mutagen, and teratogen. Procarbazine should be used with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment, and is contra-indicated if impairment is severe., Care is also advisable in patients with phaeochromocytoma, epilepsy, or cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease. Treatment should be interrupted if allergic skin reactions occur.
