  ►    Mechanism of Drug Drug Interaction :  There is an increased risk of arrhythmias when antipsychotics are used with drugs that prolong the QT interval, including certain antiarrhythmics, other antipsychotics, some non-sedating antihistamines, antimalarials, and cisapride; use with diuretics that cause electrolyte imbalance (particularly hypokalaemia) may also have the same effect.
