  ►    Mechanism of Drug Drug Interaction :  Drugs affecting pituitary secretion of gonadotrophins may alter the response to gonadorelin or its analogues; other hormonal therapy and corticosteroids can affect the response. Spironolactone and levodopa can stimulate gonadotrophins while phenothiazines, dopamine antagonists, digoxin, and sex hormones can inhibit gonadotrophin secretion.
